Mindy Kary hails from the Midwest, but has made East Idaho her home since 1989. She loves the mountains, the outdoors, even the climate! She loves spending time in the great outdoors camping, horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting, and her own back yard, where she loves to garden and dig in the dirt, but hates chasing the weeds.
She’s currently a single mom raising her two children. They live in Shelley and love the small town atmosphere. Being a single mom, there isn't much time for many "extras" in her life. She doesn’t have a hobby per se, but she does enjoy picking up a good book every now and then.
Mindy loves to travel… vacationing is fun... and she loves the whole journey of getting there and back. She takes her kids someplace new every year, and whether it's to a tropical place, or just in their own mountains here in the west, they love the adventure!
Most people who know Mindy know of her passion for chocolate. She’s had the privilege of tasting some of the world's finest by the best chocolatiers, and says there’s nothing like it.
