To Doodle or Not to Doodle

Are you a doodler? If you are, there’s a chance you may be happier than the non doodler. That is, if we are to believe the “Arts in Psycho-therapy” research journal. Which by the way I have read cover to cover! No, I’m kidding, I’d probably fall asleep while still on the first page. I’m sure it’s riveting… but I digress.

The good news is, doodling perks up the reward center in our brains. That, in turn, lifts our spirits, and can put us in a better mood! So, the next time you’re dragging, fretting, or just feeling blue try doodling for 5 minutes.
